This hotel is a must if visiting Amman. It is spotlessly clean, the service is faultless and a fab breakfast. A special mention to Ahmad who looked after our check in - what a pleasant friendly professional guy. He made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped into the hotel (he also very kindly offered us an upgrade to a fabulous suite without charge and had breakfast bags waiting for us on our early check out when we left on one of the days @ 6.30am for a tour). Thank you also to Rami for looking after us so well in the dining room for breakfast. Nothing is a problem for the staff in the Hilton Amman and we will be recommending it to anyone we know who is lucky enough to visit this fabulous city / country. Thank you Hilton for making our stay in Amman so special

It is nice, clean they have the kindest staff I have ever met, the spa and the staff there is exceptional, I have been at several hotels in amman, it' the best, it was my first time at hilton and definitely inshalla it wouldn't be the last

My stay at the Hilton hotel thanks to the staff was great. I would highly recommend it. A special thanks to Mohammed Eric Who took care of me and had great general knowledge of the the area. My room was comfy, clean, quite and spacious. The hotel facilities, 24 hour gym, relaxing pool and jacuzzi. That staff at the spa were super helpful. The spa was perfectly Zein. The teas, orange water, red juice was tasty and complimentary I thought that was a nice touch. From the moment, I entered the hotel till the moment I left out as well looked after.

The staff were great and very accommodating, Sally and Ahmad helped with my check in and check out making everything as smooth as possible. The room itself was lovely. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Make sure you head to the rooftop bar, the service was top tier and staff made sure everyone felt comfortable, this did feel like luxury. The gym although small had plenty in there to complete a good workout.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. We've got a free upgrade and a warm welcome at check-in. The personnel at the front desk, consierge and restaurants was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and healthy. The room was clean, specious and equipped with everything we needed. We travelled on a special family event and received a beautiful cake as a compliment from the hotel. Thank you and best wishes to all.

Hilton Amman is a nice hotel with satisfactory facilities. The location is central -though these neighborhood has been less popular in last decade. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had breakfast and lunch, both were very delicious. The hotel is nice but the staff is excellent, and that really impressed me. I was a solo traveler for work and I had no expectations. From check-in to the check-out I was treated very politely. I was given a room upgrade and complementary breakfast. I was checked on by the guest services if everything was going well. Gym/spa staff was kind and helpful. Service staff in the restaurant was kind and disciplined. I was truly impressed and I felt safe.

Excellent hospitality ! Nimr what a star at Reception. Having stayed at other 5 star Hotels in Amman ( of which there is only 23) Nimr is very Hospitable and will go well out of his way to make your stay welcoming. Zain at Breakfast Reception is very welcoking and comes across very cheerful and lifts your mood !!!. The Hilton Team here in Amman are living upto why its Rated 9.5 on Booking.com Well done to all the Hilton team : from Valet Parking , reception , Room service and Breakfast team . You have to try this Hotel people.

A week ago, my sister and I stayed at your hotel, and we were really impressed with your friendliness. We have nothing to complain about because of you. Our stuff was taken to our room as soon as we got to the hotel. All of the amenities were in excellent operating order, and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast open buffet was simply amazing; the cuisine was delicious and varied, and it reminded us of the delicious traditional fare we had been missing. Up to the end of our vacation, we had a terrific time.
