I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was absolutely fantastic—professional, attentive, and very welcoming. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Sara for her exceptional hospitality. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it did not go unnoticed. Overall, I loved every part of my experience here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

They did something that’s not usually expected in hotels. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time something like this has happened. We had an unexpected situation that forced us to return to our country, and we told them about it. Generally, especially during busy periods, no one refunds the money. We were surprised that they refunded the remaining amount from our booking without any complications and made everything easy for us. The service is exceptional. If there are 12 of 10 rating, i would be happy to give them. All of the employees there are polite. And there was Mahmoud he is a very kind person

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels ever and I keep coming back here every time I come to Jordan, the reception staff is one of the best I have even seen and specially Mr. Muneer who I keep checking in with and he never fails to give us an upgrade and to make our stay more comfortable and i would also like to thank Mrs. Rawan who was very kind and supportive during the check out, coming back for sure and i recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Jordan and wants to book in a five stars hotel, 10/10

I ve stayed at various Hiltons in Europe, USA and the Middle East and I dare say Hilton Amman has the best service of all. All stuff at the reception (thank you Ali!), room service, concierge (thank you Zaid!), security and at the breakfast were so helpful and polite with a genuine smile in their faces. We only stayed for one night but what a night. As soon as we arrived the reception let us know that we were upgraded from our standard room to the suite in floor 17. What a view! I genuinely thanked everybody asking how did they know we were on our 10 year anniversary trip as I hadn't stated anything in my reservation form. An amazing complimentary cake with gold flakes followed the upgrade! Well done to the team, Hilton will definitely be our choice in our next visit to Amman.

My stay at Hilton Amman was truly wonderful. The rooms were stylish, exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect — central and convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a great variety of options. I also enjoyed the high-quality facilities, especially the spa and fitness center. This is a place where luxury meets comfort. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman.
